IAN MARTIN JONES
Editor, Air Cargo Week, Editorial Director, Air Logistics China
Ian Martin Jones has been in the editorial business for 46 years, including a 10-year period in Fleet Street and 20 years editing publications covering air, sea and multimodal freight logistics.
Having editorially covered a number of consumer, leisure and business disciplines, one period of his career was spent working on airline in-flight publications for a number of international carriers. Jones took over as editor of Air Cargo Week shortly after its September 1998 launch, since which time this globally-distributed tabloid has firmly established itself as the air logistic industry's best-read weekly newspaper.
He is also editorial director of The A-Z Group, which publishes a comprehensive range of essential reference works for the world's air cargo industry and has a substantial web presence. The A-Z Group is co-organiser of the established biennial air freight trade shows, Air Cargo Europe in Munich and Air Cargo China (Shanghai).
MIKE BRYANT
Deputy Editor, Air Logistics China
Mike Bryant has been in publishing for the last 17 years and has been deputy editor of Air Cargo Week for three. He has also worked heavily on the forerunner to Air Logistics China, the A-Z Group’s Air Cargo China Monthly.
Roles within other publishing companies have included acting as the managing editor of Jane’s Information Group’s military and civilian ‘land’ reference titles, the portfolio including Jane’s World Railways and Jane’s Urban Transport Systems.
MEGAN RAMSAY
Journalist
Megan Ramsay joined the Air Cargo Week editorial team two years ago. Aside from the weekly newspaper and the new monthly Air Logistics China publication, she works on The A-Z Group's official exhibition catalogues, and is also involved in the company's online news presence.

 SOLOMON CAI
Chief Executive, Globelink China Logistics.
Solomon Cai is a graduate of the China European International Business School and, at the age of 42, he is now the founder and chairman of Globelink China Logistics, which he started 12 years ago. Globelink China Logistics is a Top Ten privately owned logistics company in China with business coverage of freight forwarding, shipping agency, container terminal, CFS, e-commerce, trading, sourcing and other related logistics activities. Formerly he worked for Maersk Group where he was in charge of multimodal transportation and as a general manager for Pacific International Line, the state-owned container terminal, warehousing and Customs broker. His vast experience and professional knowledge in the logistics and transportation industry have led to the successful and rapid expansion of the Globelink China Logistics Group of Companies in China, Hong Kong, the UK and the USA.
 THOMAS HOANG
Regional Director, Cargo Marketing, Boeing
With over 17 years of experience in the aviation industry, Thomas Hoang currently leads Boeing air cargo monitoring efforts in Europe and the People’s Republic of China. As regional director, he is responsible for understanding the world’s major air trade markets, identifying major trends, and forecasting the future performance and development of markets and of the world freighter airplane fleet. Thomas also plays a key role in Boeing product strategy and product development efforts. He has also worked in engineering, where he was responsible for all cargo-related issues, ranging from requirements and certification of cargo compartment air conditioning/heating systems to the transportation of dangerous goods and live animals. He holds an MBA in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
 BRIAN LOVELL
Chief Executive Officer, Australian Federation of International Forwarders (AFIF)
Secretary-General to the Federation of Asia Pacific Aircargo Associations (FAPAA).

Originally from the UK, Brian spent his early years after leaving University College London with the Thomas Meadows group at London Heathrow airport. In Australia from 1981, he worked as an international forwarding manager responsible for the air and sea freight import and export departments of the company. Brian is CEO of the Australian Federation of International Forwarders (AFIF) and in 1996 he was appointed Secretary-General to the 18 member country Federation of Asia Pacific Aircargo Associations (FAPAA). He is also a delegate to FIATA - the international freight forwarders’ industry body. In this capacity he works closely with the 18 nations across the Asia/Pacific region, making him vitally involved with the issues facing forwarders in the region. Brian is a member of many Australian national and state industry bodies and committees, several of which are involved with security.
